Method

1. In a blender add the frozen banana, frozen berries, yoghurt and desiccated coconut. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with extra banana coins should you wish, plus desiccated coconut, pumpkin seeds and almonds. Enjoy.

  • 1 small frozen banana plus extra for decorating should you wish
  • 200g frozen berries
  • 200ml dairy free yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon Crazy Jack pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Crazy Jack mixed almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of Crazy Jack desiccated coconut plus more for decorating
