Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and combine well.
3. Empty onto the baking tray and place into the oven for 20 minutes, giving them a stir halfway.
4. Recommended to sprinkle on avocado or hummus on toast. Store the leftover seed mix in an airtight container or jar and eat within 2 weeks.

- 60g Crazy Jack sunflower seeds
- 60g Crazy Jack pumpkin seeds
- 40g Crazy Jack sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon mild chilli powder
- Generous pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
