Give your mornings a boost with Crazy Jack

You may have heard people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Or the phrase “Breakfast like a king; lunch like a prince; dinner like a pauper”

So why is breakfast so important?

Well, it kicks-starts your metabolism, sets you up for the day and can keep you full until lunchtime. You are literally breaking the fast after hours without any food.

So it’s a vital meal – to get important nutrients and energy – but should be an enjoyable one too.

With our range of organic dried fruits, nuts and seeds, there’s so many ways to give your mornings a boost. To get you started, here are two of our favourite ways to incorporate Crazy Jack into your breakfast menu:

  • Combine Crazy Jack Sultanas, Traditional Dried Apricots, Pumpkin Seeds and Desiccated Coconut with Honey and Oats for a sweet and fruity roasted granola. Tip: If you make the granola in advance and store in an airtight container it can last for 3-4 weeks.
  • Or if pancakes are your preferred way to start the day, fold Crazy Jack Organic Blueberries and Desiccated Coconut into pancake batter. The fruity and nutty flavours make a perfect combo for these organic pancakes, which we would recommend topping with, of course, extra blueberries!

How do you start your day? We love to see it when you use our products in your breakfast, so make sure to tag us in on Crazy Jack on Facebook or Crazy Jack on Instagram when you share your pictures.

Here’s some further inspiration for you…
