Our organic baking range can be used in so many sweet treats; whether they’re sprinkled on top, folded into the mixture or even baked into a pastry case.
A few of our favourite ways would include:
- Adding some Crazy Jack Pumpkin Seeds to the base of a cheesecake, then mixing juicy sultanas into the mix.
- Combining Crazy Jack Ground Almonds and Desiccated Coconut to create a beautiful Bakewell tart filling, topped with some Pumpkin Seeds for added crunch and flavour.
- Placing Crazy Jack Organic Soft Figs onto a pastry case and baking in the oven for a tasty Fig Tart Tatin
- Pulsing Crazy Jack Dried Apricots, soft figs and walnut pieces together for a sweet and sticky Panforte
