Method
- Blend the mango, honey, yogurt, milk, coconut milk, Crazy Jack coconut, ice and lime juice in a liquidiser or blender until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a lime wedge before serving.

- 100g fresh ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 2tbsp honey
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 100ml milk
- 100ml coconut milk
- 1tbsp Crazy Jack desiccated coconut
- Small handful of ice
- Half a lime, juice only, plus a lime wedge, to serve
